Great Speakers From OLPH Shrine Pilgrimages: The Right Reverend Dr. Andriy Chirovsky, 2017
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Shrine, Olympia, Washington, has been blessed with many learned, holy and inspiring speakers at our annual pilgrimages. I have been searching to find recordings of their talks to collect them on this site and make them available to the public. We do not always realize the value and importance of these talks. Our church is small and teachings on our spiritual heritage are not easy to find. It would be a great loss to our heritage if these talks were forgotten. If you know of any recordings, please send me a message via the contact tab. Thank you and may Our Lady of Perpetual Help bless you abundantly for your efforts.
Father Andriy Chirovsky, founder of the Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky Institute of Eastern Christian Studies in Toronto, Canada, spoke to us at the 2017 Pilgrimage. I found the recording among the SoundCloud podcasts of St. John Chrysostom Byzantine Catholic Church, Seattle. This talk was recorded by Sean Doyle who also posted three recordings of Father David Anderson's talks which I introduced in a previous post. Thank you, Sean, your work is greatly appreciated.
Enjoy Father Andriy Chirovksy's reflection:
